This study aims to determine the teacher's ability develop assessment tools according learning objectives, carry out assessments with various techniques, and analyze results of assessment. The type research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this are observation, interviews, documentation. data analysis technique applies concept Miles Huberman, namely reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. are: (1) teacher has met indicators compiling an tool that accordance establishing basic competencies formulating activities, determining criteria, place time for (2) applied PAUD carrying assessment, conversation, assignment, performance, children's work. (3) analyzed identify achievement development by first collecting data, then processing observe each child's development, reporting semester parents form reports on progress students.
